One more step towards sustainable management
At Arcos Dorados, we know from experience the importance of investing in sustainable development through initiatives that have an impact throughout Latin America. Therefore, we chose to sponsor the 2018 Index Americas Sutainability Award, a distinction awarded by Latin Trade to the most sustainable companies in the region.
The publication distinguishes each year the hundred best Latin American companies, according to their performance measured according to the index developed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and in five different categories: Environment, Social Innovation, Corporate Governance, Development and Multilatinas.
The awards ceremony took place during the IDB Annual Meeting, held in March in Mendoza, Argentina. On this occasion, Alejandro Yapur, President of the SLAD Division, participated on behalf of our company to award the prize of the category “Multilatinas”.
