Our Cool Hunters program is more active than ever!
A Cool idea to celebrate with our customers.
Based on an initiative by Betsinda Velázquez, Supervisor of Incentive Programs, we developed a CoolHunter Idea to improve interaction and experience with our customers in Puerto Rico.
The proposal: Celebrate the arrival of the 100th customer spontaneously!
How? One of our Crew members surprises the customer with balloons and posters and offers him/her a free meal. A way to promote our Coolture of Service by setting up a surprise and thus recognize the loyalty of our customers!
We chose Friday to carry out this initiative, a cool day in which people usually go out to eat with their friends.
