Conoce a Sergio García, nuevo MD de Uruguay
Sergio inició su carrera en Arcos Dorados en 1992 como crew y ha recorrido un camino de crecimiento constante. A lo largo de estos años, ocupó distintos roles en la operación, llegando a ser Director de Operaciones de Argentina y luego Director Divisional de Operaciones para SLAD.
En 2020 se incorporó al área de ADvance, donde fue clave en el desarrollo e implementación del canal de Delivery en toda América Latina, impulsando su crecimiento y evolución digital. Actualmente dirige la Experiencia Digital del Cliente en Innovación y Tecnología, aportando su conocimiento en metodologías ágiles, clave para esta nueva etapa.
Además, completó el Programa de Alta Dirección y el Programa de Desarrollo de Directivos (IAE), y amplió su visión estratégica con programas en Marketing Digital (Digital House) y Estrategia Digital (IAE). Más allá de lo profesional, su mayor orgullo es la familia que formó junto a Analía y Bauti, quienes lo acompañarán en este desafío.
A partir del 1 de enero ocupará la nueva posición de MD de Uruguay.

Sergio began his career at Arcos Dorados in 1992 as crew and has followed a path of continuous growth. Throughout these years, he has held various roles in Operations, becoming Director of Operations for Argentina and later Divisional Operations Director for SLAD.
In 2020, he joined the ADvance area, where he played a key role in the development and implementation of the Delivery channel across Latin America, driving its growth and digital evolution. He currently leads the Digital Customer Experience in Innovation & Technology, contributing his knowledge of agile methodologies—an essential skill for this new stage.
He has also completed the Executive Management Program and the Executive Development Program (IAE), and broadened his strategic vision through programs in Digital Marketing (Digital House) and Digital Strategy (IAE). Beyond his professional achievements, his greatest pride is the family he built with Analía and Bauti, who will accompany him in this new challenge.
Starting January 1, he will assume the new position of Managing Director of Uruguay.
