WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE SURVEY?
All Company workers with more than three months of seniority.
WHY DO WE CARRY OUT THIS SURVEY?
We want to know what our people think and how they feel, in order to meet their needs and generate feel-good moments based on the results obtained.
We make things easier for people and generate an opportunity for additional interaction through a transparent, easy-to-use, online and confidential channel.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
The Climate Survey seeks to better understand how the Company is fulfilling its commitments in order to be able to improve opportunities and dedicate itself to be the best employers. It is a very valuable tool for further transforming our work culture.
