At Arcos Dorados, dreams come true… Do you remember last year’s “The Best Crew Room” competition? Let’s go back to revive it together.
“The Best Crew Room” was a competition for operations teams to tell, through a video, how they would invest the money available to create the Crew Room of their dreams. Through this challenge, the goal was to learn what our Crew members wanted most to use in their free time and thus be able to remodel the rest spaces to their liking.
The competition was a great success! 175 videos were received, of which three were selected for the final. After an exhaustive evaluation of the ideas and the way in which the money available was going to be used, it was the idea of the El Dorado restaurant that was finally chosen to be implemented. But there is more! The Operations and Development teams used the ideas expressed by the Crew members in the videos to reformulate the digital billboards manual. An initiative that personalizes the way we communicate more oriented towards those to whom it is addressed!
