McDelivery’s SQUAD and HU developed a fully virtual workshop to about the importance of the customer’s journey and how we can impact on it positively.
With a hands-on methodology, 57 special guests had the opportunity to dive into the fundamental pillars of the customers’ journey and understand the main advantages of working McDelivery with an e-commerce vision, understanding the current consumer experience and designing the perfect experience.
The challenge now is to put the techniques learned into practice and continue creating the best feel-good moments through McDelivery.
