NOLAD has held the first Coolture of Service’s week. An event focused on:
- celebrating our philosophy of service and keeping it alive
- focusing on the experience of our customers and employees
- recognizing those people who honor one or more Coolture of Service’s maxims
We name these people as #CoolHighlight and they receive through WhatsApp the sticker that corresponds to the maxim they represent. ????
