NOLAD Service Coolture Week

NOLAD has held the first Coolture of Service’s week. An event focused on:

• celebrating our philosophy of service and keeping it alive
• focusing on the experience of our customers and employees
• recognizing those people who honor one or more Coolture of Service’s maxims

We name these people as #CoolHighlight and they receive through WhatsApp the sticker that corresponds to the maxim they represent. ????
