All the care and affection that our McDelivey teams demonstrate when preparing orders have been getting to people’s homes! Our commitment to delivering good times is stronger than ever, but to make it happen, we have to take care of every step on the way:

In restaurants

  • Hand and surface hygiene

Employees wash their hands properly before preparing orders. They also ensure that all surfaces, devices and utensils intended for McDelivery are kept clean.

  • Safe distance

The team must always maintain the recommended distance at the time of delivery. You must leave the order in the receiving area (delivery area) and move away until the courier removes it.

  • Safe bag

Each transport bag is sealed with the 3 security stickers to ensure the integrity of the order. ALL ORDERS must be packed in a double bag.

Our partners: couriers are part of our team!

  • Regular sanitization of BAGs

Before storing the order, bikers clean the inside of their bags. A clean cloth and a sanitizer spray will be provided.

  • Washing and Hand Sanitization (we invite couriers)

Before each delivery, the couriers wash and sanitize their hands.

Temporarily relocate a service sanitizer spray and keep it in the delivery area easily accessible to motorcyclists.

  • Withdrawal of orders

A properly protected manager will be responsible for:

  • Organize the couriers in line, sending a biker through the BAG’s cleaning area.
  • Control the orderly entry of couriers into the restaurant according to the number of spaces available to clean the bags and wash hands (recommended procedure). 

Maintain between 10 and 15 waiting areas (according to the space of each restaurant).

Be careful that waiting areas do not interfere with the flow of vehicles.

Product quality: generating good moments wherever the customer is.

Our gold standards are our allies to continue generating good times for customers in the comfort of their homes so it is very important to ensure:

  • Equipment calibration (beverage tower, grills, seasoning table, etc.).
  • Correct seasoning of products.
  • Correct execution of line procedures. 
  • Comply with line times without compromising product QUALITY.
